How the work is run
Four working principles.
- Quote the route
- A price is only meaningful with the process behind it: how the part is held, which faces are machined in which setup, and where it is inspected.
- Raise the problem early
- A tolerance that cannot be held, a corner that cannot be cut, or a material that will move after machining is cheaper to fix before the first setup than after the last one.
- Measure against the drawing
- Inspection follows the drawing and the agreed specification. Where the drawing is silent, ISO 2768 defines the general tolerance.
- Say what is not known
- Capacity, certification and lead-time figures are only published when the business can support them. Where evidence is missing, this site states the process and stops.

Machining, finishing coordination and assembly are organised from a single site, which is what allows a problem found at assembly to be traced back to the setup that caused it.
