What this site collects and what it does not.

Nothing is collected automatically. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heat map and no third-party tag on this site.

No cookie is set for tracking or advertising. If a cookie is introduced later for a functional reason, it will be listed here before it is deployed.

The brief builder on the Start a project page sends what you type to this site. The server checks the fields, records the brief so a quotation can be prepared, and returns a reference. No drawing or other file is uploaded: the endpoint refuses attachments rather than accepting and discarding them.

The fields sent are the ones the form displays — name, company, email address, process, material, quantity, tightest tolerance, target date and the part description. Nothing else is collected, and no analytics or advertising service receives them.

The enquiry endpoint writes a request identifier, an outcome, a duration and — when validation fails — the names of the fields that failed. It does not write the values you typed. The address used to rate-limit repeat submissions is hashed in memory and is not stored or logged.

The site is served by a hosting provider, which processes standard request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

This site does not combine those logs with any other information and does not use them to profile visitors.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry and to support any resulting commercial relationship, including the record-keeping a manufacturing order requires.

A request to delete it will be honoured unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Project information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is shared with a supplier only where that is necessary to quote or produce the part, and only to the extent needed.
